The Pepperberry

The Pepperberry began life in 1915, when a prominent local contractor, Alexander Falconer, built the home for his family. Mr. Falconer used the most modern materials and finest craftsmen of the day. Today, nearly 100 years later, it remains very much as it was in 1915; a prominent home in Halifax's west end. The property is recognized as a designated historic property.
